We pay 2.5% of the contract amount to affiliates who referred the parties of the contract. For example, if you referred a buyer and he purchases a contract of $1000, and later accepts the work, the amount of $25 is added to your Available Cash account and can be used to buy contracts or withdrawn. Or, if you referred a seller, if that seller manages to sell a contract of $1000, you will receive the same $25 as soon as his buyer releases the escrow upon job completion.
